The Gold Client Program offers rewards and discounts based on how much you spend on Botox or Dysport.  The more you get, the less you pay. Your Gold Client level will be determined each time you purchase Botox or Dysport.

In addition, every time you get Botox or Dysport, you will receive 10% of the value of your purchase BACK as Gold Credit to put toward future procedures!  If you prefer, you may use your Gold Credit at 50% value toward Botox or Dysport.

GOLD LEVEL:
If you spend up to $375, you will pay only $54 per injection of Botox ($13.50 per unit, 4 units per injection), or $52 per injection of Dysport ($5.20 per unit, 10 units per injection). Six or fewer total injections of Botox (up to 27 units) or Dysport (up to 69 units) qualifies as Gold Level.

PLATINUM LEVEL:
If you spend from $376 to $643, you will pay only $50 per injection of Botox ($12.50 per unit, 4 units per injection), or $48 per injection of Dysport ($4.80 per unit, 10 units per injection). Seven to thirteen total injections of Botox (28 to 55 units) or Dysport (70 to 139 units) qualifies as Platinum Level.

DOUBLE PLATINUM LEVEL:
If you spend $644 or more, you will pay only $46 per injection of Botox ($11.50 per unit, 4 units per injection), or $44 per injection of Dysport ($4.40 per unit, 10 units per injection). 14 or more total injections of Botox (56 units) or Dysport (140 units) qualifies as Double Platinum Level.

* Gold Credits have no cash value, and can only be redeemed for the purchase of future procedures. Once Gold Credit is earned, the value will not change. However, MDLS reserves the right to change the value of future Gold Credit as deemed necessary within the scope of the program.  Gold Credit WILL expire after 3 years of Gold Client inactivity.

** Gold Credit can be used toward future laser procedure, OR used at 50% value toward another treatment of Botox or Dysport. Gold Credit redemption cannot be combined with other offers.

† Gold Clients earn $10 in Gold Credit for every friend they refer who has a procedure done. If a Gold Client hosts a party for 12 to 25 friends, they will receive $2 in Gold Credit for every person who attends, plus $10 in Gold Credit for every attendee who has a procedure done within one year of the party.
